We source opportunities through off-market channels and trusted broker relationships.

Step 3: Analysis

Once an opportunity passes prescreening, we complete a full underwriting review. This includes validating assumptions around pricing, condition, scope, and execution using owner input, market comparables, and third-party estimates where appropriate. Only opportunities with clear numbers and a defined execution path move forward.

Step 4: Offer & Presentation

If an opportunity meets our criteria, we structure and submit an offer. Once terms are agreed upon, the opportunity is shared with aligned investors based on predefined criteria.
